WordPress is a great platform for building a website, but the on-boarding process can be confusing, with a steep learning curve as new site administrators find out about different themes, how to create pages and posts, and learn what a “plugin” is. Our site packages for Softaculous help to guide first-time WordPress users, by giving a choice of three pre-customized themes and suggesting a set of default pages and plugins specific to their industry.
Several site-building platforms have sprung up in recent times that are easy to set up, but, ultimately, limit your options. That’s why we offer our packages for free to web hosting companies, as a way of helping to bring in new users to a platform that is both easy to use and very flexible.
You can download these packages below. As of right now, we’ve only got a restaurant package available, but over the next few weeks we’ll be releasing packages for shop, e-commerce, blog, educational and freelancer websites. Check out our Softaculous installation post if you’re looking for instructions on how to make a custom package available to your users, or feel free to contact us if you’ve got any other questions.
