How to activate the free trial of the premium version

To activate a free 7-day trial of the premium version (or ultimate version for the Order Tracking and Ultimate WP Mail plugins), just install and activate the premium helper plugin. After doing so, you will then see a button in the plugin dashboard (for the plugin you want the trial of) to instantly activate the free trial.
