This can directly impact your e-commerce site’s performance by decreasing your bounce rate – which is the percentage of visitors who navigate away from your page after a single-page session (3) and increasing visitors’ time spent on a page, user engagements, as well as rankings on search engines. Therefore, content quality should be your number one focus if you are looking to attract more visitors to your site and strengthen your business’ relationship with existing and prospective customers.
