I have been using the plugin for about a year. Love it. Worked well. I had an issue that required customer support. For 3 weeks the Etoile team helped me in solving my issue. They were awesome to say the least! Can’t say enough good things about their team and the plugin. Well worth the money and it’s good know they have great support.

I came across this plugin mainly because it’s the only one that could add/edit/remove/email orders without the need for the long dedicated set-up of Woo-commerce. The free version was amazing, but the paid version was perfection! Automated emails, order filtering, HTML compatible custom fields and bulk/customer tracking where my highlights. I can’t ask for more.. Support is awesome in formal fluent English. I had issues with about 50% of the new features at first, but thanks to their support, I got everything working the way I wanted it. It is such a great price too, especially after you discover the endless premium features first-hand! Worth every dollar!
