I am a WordPress novice and I found this plugin really easy to use. I had my FAQ’s up and running in no time. While it is totally functional in free mode, I think the $35 one-time upgrade fee is worth it for the styling options and other features. The support is excellent as well.

With its search (live ajax), tagging, categorizing, and other UI customization features, this FAQ plugin is definitely one of the best. Like any other product/plugin, it is not completely bug free. However, it is constantly improving and enhancements are being released in a fast pace. Their support is also very active and will always get back to your inquiries within one business day.
So kudos to the team and thanks for the great plugin!
