This18kt white gold heart pendant was inspired by Joannie’s support of “iheartmom”, in loving memory of her mother. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this pendant will be donated to “iheartmom”. It features round cut diamonds with a total carat weight of .31, colour grade G and clarity VS, the chain is 45cm (18 inches) long and the heart measures 2.2 x 2.2 cm.
